Green Dragon is a blend of 6 Ridgecrest Farm hot peppers, and a member of the Dragon Trilogy. Think of it as the Bordeaux of hot sauces. It's for those with a higher tolerance for heat. It's not crazy hot, but you will definitely feel the burn. The addition of Habanero, gives it that back of the throat heat that continues to linger. However, the great flavor of Green Dragon still stands out.
