Hot pepper jelly is an old standby for holidays and special occasions. We combine several varieties of Ridgecrest Farm's estate grown red, ripe hot peppers, with our proprietary blend of other ingredients, to make an outstanding jelly.
Of course, it's great over cream cheese, but try it on a char broiled hamburger, over pepper crusted grilled chicken, over shrimp or drizzle on a piece of hot apple pie.
