In 2018 we created Green Dragon. It was such a hit, we decided to create two more Dragon hot sauces and name the trio of sauces the Dragon Trilogy. Each one in the series is made with a different combination of peppers with varying heat levels. At Ridgecrest Farm, we believe the peppers should be the stars of our hot sauces. The result is a hot sauce that is not overwhelmed by vinegar, but packed with flavor.
